Dear Families,<\/p>\n

On Monday, April 8th<\/sup> we will be going on a field trip to the Detroit Zoo<\/u><\/strong>. We are leaving the school at 9:00 am SHARP and will return back to Lowrey at 2:30 pm<\/u>. The students will be able to see a variety of zoo animals and their habitats. \u00a0Please be on time, buses will leave at 9:00!!! <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>The cost of the field trip is $10 per child. \u00a0Please sign the permission slip and return with money by FRIDAY, March 22nd. $10 will cover the admission to the zoo and transportation.<\/p>\n

Your child will need a bag lunch with a drink. NO GLASS BOTTLES<\/strong>! So please pack your child a healthy lunch to eat! Students may bring money for the gift shop, but please remember it is their responsibility to keep the money.<\/p>\n

We will take the first 5 parents to help out on the trip. Parents will be chaperoning so they are not to bring younger siblings with them. \u00a0The bus will be able to seat 5 parents from each Kindergarten class only. I- CHAT forms must be turned in along with both sides of your driver\u2019s license to chaperone.\u00a0 This is a district policy and is being heavily enforced. \u00a0If you want to come along you are more than welcome to follow us in your vehicle. \u00a0The cost for parents will also be $10. \u00a0In addition to the cost for admission it is a $12 parking fee if driving separately.<\/p>\n
