Use a few items (not breakable) and have them try to flip them from the towel into a bucket, hoop, trash can, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Elementary\/Middle:<br \/>\nFitness Tic-Tac-Toe &#8211; any multiple of 2 &#8211; Have the kids start at a line and then set up a tic-tac-toe board about 10-20 yards away.  Have something to use as &#8220;their pieces&#8221; to mark on the board.  Say &#8220;GO&#8221; and they will run back and forth with one piece to place on the board each round.
