Did you know practicing spelling words can increase vocabulary? \u00a0Spelling words should be practiced every night for about 5 minutes. \u00a0Here are a few activities that are fun to do and are very low cost:<\/p>\n

  1. Practice writing the words using a stencil<\/li>\n
  2. Practice writing the words in crayon, colored pencil or marker<\/li>\n
  3. Practice writing the words by stamping the letters with stamps.<\/li>\n
  4. Use a scrabble board to make the words<\/li>\n
  5. Make a game using the words<\/li>\n
  6. Have a beanbag and toss the bag with each correct spelling.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
