{"id":3691,"date":"2018-11-26T15:24:44","date_gmt":"2018-11-26T20:24:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/turkl\/?p=3691"},"modified":"2018-11-26T15:24:44","modified_gmt":"2018-11-26T20:24:44","slug":"field-trip-and-more","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/turkl\/2018\/11\/26\/field-trip-and-more\/","title":{"rendered":"Field Trip and more&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>Thank you to everyone who volunteered to drive for our field trip on Thursday.\u00a0 We actually have more spaces than students, so some drivers may only have their own child in the car.\u00a0 If you decide you want to team up with another parent and carpool, let me know and I will write that on my list.\u00a0 \u00a0If you volunteered to drive, please arrive at school around 9:15, so we can leave by 9:30.\u00a0 IMPORTANT:\u00a0 if you are driving, you must stop in the office and have them make a copy of your driver&#8217;s license and insurance.\u00a0 If you can do that before Thursday morning, that would help the office not get backed up on Thursday.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lunch menu change for next week:\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">Because of the recall on romaine lettuce, we will not be able to have a salad bar as the first choice next Tuesday, 12\/04.<\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><b><u>Instead we will be serving:<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">nachos and cheese for first choice<\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">cheese pocket for second choice<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Once again, the organization\u00a0<em>Children for Hair Loss<\/em> will join Howard students at our holiday sing along in December.
