In Language Arts today the students were given the opportunity to organize their interactive notebooks. \u00a0The notebooks will be checked during class time tomorrow and be worth a formative grade for first marking period. \u00a0The amount of points will be significant since many of our assignments and activities are recorded in the notebook.<\/p>\n

The students also spent time in class reviewing for their comprehension test tomorrow. \u00a0The test will cover point of view, author’s purpose, the pyramid of action, story vocabulary, apostrophes, capitalization, and comprehension questions for Eleven and The School Play. \u00a0The students will be allowed to use the textbooks during the assessment. \u00a0I will have this grade posted by Monday.<\/p>\n

Lastly, the students took their first vocabulary test in class today. \u00a0I will be getting these grades into the system as soon as I possibly can. \u00a0They will be posted by Monday at the latest.<\/p>\n
