{"id":75,"date":"2013-12-20T15:08:57","date_gmt":"2013-12-20T20:08:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/trayloa\/?p=75"},"modified":"2013-12-20T15:08:57","modified_gmt":"2013-12-20T20:08:57","slug":"friday-december-20-2013","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/trayloa\/2013\/12\/20\/friday-december-20-2013\/","title":{"rendered":"Friday, December 20 ,2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello Everyone!<\/p>\n<p>Today in class we continued to watch A Christmas Carol. \u00a0Some classes finished the movie. \u00a0Most have about twenty minutes left. \u00a0When everyone returns from break, we will continue watching it. \u00a0I gave all students a Thinking Map to complete over break. \u00a0Students are to compare and contrast Scrooge from the beginning of the movie\/play to the end. \u00a0What things were similar? \u00a0What was different about him?<\/p>\n<p>Each student was also given a double-sided Reading Log to complete while on break. \u00a0This will be worth ten points when students return. \u00a0It only requires one signature.<\/p>\n<p>I received many gifts today and I cannot thank all of my students enough. \u00a0It has been a wonderful semester and I look forward to what the year has in store for us when we return. \u00a0I hope everyone has a safe and wonderful break!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello Everyone!
