{"id":668,"date":"2015-02-27T08:47:12","date_gmt":"2015-02-27T13:47:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/trayloa\/?p=668"},"modified":"2015-02-27T08:47:12","modified_gmt":"2015-02-27T13:47:12","slug":"friday-february-27-2015","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/trayloa\/2015\/02\/27\/friday-february-27-2015\/","title":{"rendered":"Friday, February 27, 2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In Language Arts today, the students continued to focus on vocabulary. \u00a0Yesterday we looked for words that we did not know in the story, Jeremiah&#8217;s Song. \u00a0We made predictions for their meaning based upon in-context clues, prefixes, and suffixes. \u00a0Today, we created a word wall with these words.\u00a0Once the word wall was completed, the students took a quiz on the point of view of the story.<\/p>\n<p>Our vocabulary books were due today as well as our compare\/contrast essays. \u00a0The grades for vocabulary have been posted. \u00a0I will try to have the papers graded as soon as possible. \u00a0I will have them done before the end of the marking period in two weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Have a great weekend!<\/p>\n<p>-Ms. Traylor<\/p>\n<p>Homework:<\/p>\n<p>1.
