{"id":1792,"date":"2017-02-17T08:53:44","date_gmt":"2017-02-17T13:53:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/trayloa\/?p=1792"},"modified":"2017-02-17T08:53:44","modified_gmt":"2017-02-17T13:53:44","slug":"friday-february-17-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/trayloa\/2017\/02\/17\/friday-february-17-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"Friday, February 17, 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In Language Arts today the students participated in listen to reading for chapters 6-8 of Tuck Everlasting. \u00a0While reading, they answered and discussed comprehension questions which will be used in our next literature circle after the break.<\/p>\n<p>The students also spent time responding to their reading log using their good fit book. \u00a0From this point forward, I will no longer be grading responses based on attempt. \u00a0We are now in the back half of sixth grade and in order to better prepare students, they need to accurately know and be accountable for writing a constructed response.
