In Language Arts today the students spent time practicing using the five senses to enhance their knowledge of adjectives.<\/p>\n

The students were also introduced to narrative writing. \u00a0Over the next two weeks, the students will be using their Daily 5 time to write and revise a personal narrative.<\/p>\n

Lastly, the students participated in an activity to introduce them to Tuck Everlasting. \u00a0We will begin reading the novel either Wednesday or Thursday of this week. \u00a0Students who purchased or already own their own copy of the book are encouraged to start bringing it to class tomorrow. For students who do not own their own copy, a school copy will be provided.<\/p>\n

I am still in the process of updating grades. \u00a0The tests are graded but cannot be returned since there are still two students who need to take it today. \u00a0My goal is to have grades completely updated by this Friday.<\/p>\n
