In Language Arts today the students had a pop quiz on point of view. \u00a0They were required to identify the point of view in a story, explain how they knew what the point of view was, and use evidence from the text to support their thinking. \u00a0I will have these graded by Monday.<\/p>\n

The students also spent time organizing their creative writing. \u00a0I will be collecting their writing pieces at the end of class tomorrow and looking at them over the weekend. I am hoping to return these to students on Monday too.<\/p>\n

Lastly, the students began reading The Good Deed. \u00a0They practiced identifying the genre of The Good Deed<\/em> as well as the theme of the story.<\/p>\n
