Hello and happy Tuesday;<\/p>\n

I am glad to see everyone after our long and snowy weekend. \u00a0The flu seems to be making its way around the school; please make sure students are washing their hands to kill germs so we can keep the flu from spreading in our school- no one wants to be sick.<\/p>\n

Lunch Change for tomorrow: Due to being off for the snow day on Monday<\/span><\/span> we will be serving chicken nuggets and mashed sweet potatoes tomorrow.<\/p>\n

Homework tonight is:<\/p>\n

  1. Math PPS 75-76<\/li>\n
  2. Read for 20 minutes.<\/li>\n
  3. The spelling words for this week are:park, part, sort, horse, short, sleep, wash, before, been, off, December, regroup<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This Thursday is the SECOND GRADE BAKE SALE. \u00a0We are competing against Ms. Bazzi’s class and would love it if you can send in something for our class to sell. \u00a0It can be store bought or homemade (please make sure there are at least 10 of whatever you send in, that way there are enough to sell.) \u00a0If you are buying cupcakes please make sure they are the ones without frosting because Ms. Dakroub says that type of frosting makes a huge mess in the cafeteria and hallway. \u00a0Frosting on homemade items is allowed. \u00a0Please let me know if you are able to send in items and thank you for your help \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

    Tuesday<\/span><\/span>:<\/u><\/b> Parent Talk at 9am<\/span><\/span> in the cafeteria, pizza pm<\/p>\n

    Wednesday<\/span><\/span>:<\/u><\/b> 4th grade Math Parent Meeting <\/span>at 9am<\/span><\/span> in the classrooms.<\/span><\/p>\n

    School store pm<\/span><\/p>\n

    Thursday<\/span><\/span>:<\/b><\/u> 2nd grade competition bake sale. Who will will a free bag of popcorn on Friday<\/span><\/span> morning?<\/strong><\/p>\n
