Hello everyone, happy Monday<\/p>\n

This week in class we will do the following:<\/p>\n

ELA: We are learning about\u00a0poems and how characters react to problems.<\/p>\n

Writing: We have completes our narratives and will be doing district prompts.<\/p>\n

Math:\u00a0We are beginning a new unit on addition and subtraction, fact families, and even\/odd numbers.<\/p>\n

Science: We are continuing to learn about matter and the three stages of matter.<\/p>\n

Social Studies: We are leaning about communities.<\/p>\n

Spelling:<\/p>\n

    1. Read for 20 minutes. \u00a0Please remember to write the minutes on your child’s reading log that was passed out in September.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      2) Do a weekly spelling activity.<\/p>\n

      *All 4 spelling activities for the week are due Thursday. \u00a0Please do not leave them all to be done Wednesday night, start them as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
