(Finger on the nose of the football and tuck it into your body)<\/p>\n<p>How to hand off the ball to a running back. (QB two hands on the ball and hold it in the running backs midsection for a full second.) (Running back arms apart with your top elbow pointed toward the QB.)<\/p>\n<p>How to hike (snap) the ball.
