Hopefully you can go outside and enjoy a little sunshine today.  Whether you are outside or inside here are some activites you can do indoor or outdoors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This week the PE staff understands that many of the students maybe fasting.  So we are trying to make things as easy as possible for everyone.  You can do easy activities and post it in the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1n49j2kClfD7dM4RWP8cJwkWIe3Cbg45isNAYZ39voFw\/edit?ts=5e97428b#gid=0\">Theisen PE check in.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are today&#8217;s activities: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wash your Hand RAP video!! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hhph.org\/resources\/20-seconds-or-more-video\/\">https:\/\/hhph.org\/resources\/20-seconds-or-more-video\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018The Greatest Showman\u2019 is a movie with some fantastic dance scenes. Learn to dance the \u201cGreatest Show\u201d dance with one of the stars of the movie:<br>\u2022&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/qlPRDVqYO74\">https:\/\/youtu.be\/qlPRDVqYO74<\/a>&nbsp;(Time: 2:41 \u2013 but you\u2019ll want to practice!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s focus on building strength today with a full body workout!
