Here is the link for today&#8217;s suggested activities.  Today you can create a workout from a variety of choices.  Your workout can be easy or a challenge.  It&#8217;s up to you, you&#8217;re the BOSS TODAY! Then at the bottom there is a recipe for Trail Mix.  Enjoy!  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don&#8217;t forget to visit the Theisen PE check in and fill in your daily activities.  Grades\/information will be collected Friday.  All PE classes are at the bottom of the spreadsheet.
