We are just getting our feet wet, as the new school year unfolds. We have been doing &#8220;jumping jacks for our fingers&#8221; in art class, practicing drawing different kinds of lines. We are focusing on horizontal and vertical lines with our first look at Mondrian&#8217;s work. The above is called Broadway Boogie Woogie and can be seen at the MOMA in New York City. I was lucky enough to see it in person while studying art with a group of artists from Eastern Michigan University.
