There will also be a PTA meeting at 9 am in the cafeteria.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>This week we are collecting $3 for a Miller t-shirt.<\/strong>\u00a0Please turn in your order by Friday.\u00a0 Here is our schedule for the week:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Math:<\/strong>\u00a0 We will continue to solve multiplication and division problems using the distributive property to solve two step word problems.\u00a0 We will probably we ready for a test next week sometime.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Science:<\/strong>\u00a0 We will start investigation 2 in physical science.\u00a0 Students will investigate patterns of motion by constructing wheel and axle systems.\u00a0 They will get to experience the engineering design process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Social Studies<\/strong>:\u00a0 We will learn about human\/environment interactions and how people impact the environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reading:<\/strong>\u00a0 We are focusing on informational text again this week, specifically using context clues to solve for unknown words.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Writing:<\/strong>\u00a0 We will continue revising our narrative stories by focusing on specific word choice and transitions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We have a half day on Friday, so dismissal will be at 11:45.
