Happy New Year! I hope you have had a restful break and that everyone is in good health. I have just checked I-ready and Zearn reports and I\u2019m very impressed with the amount of students who worked over break! Here is our focus for the week:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Math: We are beginning module 3 and will focus on the commutative property of multiplication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Science: We will focus on climates around the world and differentiate between climate and weather.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Social Studies: We will begin unit 2 which focuses on economics. This week we will study natural resources, capital resources, and human resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reading: We will focus on different ways informational text can be organized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Writing: We will begin a new unit on informational writing. For this week we will examine informational books and identify parts of good informational writing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
