I thought about you guys right away. I know some of you really are not happy about it but we need to do it to keep people safe and healthy.  We can do this.  We will have such a celebration when things get back to normal.  All you guys are strong and come from good and loving homes (and just because a parent or sibling get angry with you &#8230; remember they still love you-they do).  We got this &#8211; you got this.  Remember to use patience and kindness.  When you start to get grumpy or feel weird (which you will &#8211; it&#8217;s normal)  go to your room do 10 jumping jacks, scream into a pillow &#8211; not too loud or you will hurt your throat, slowly take some deep breaths and count to 10 (or maybe to one million if you are really having a bad day).
