All grades are working on basketball skills. Dribbling and passing are the 2 main skills that are being practiced by all grades.\u00a0 Third, 4th\u00a0 and 5th grades are also jumping rope, getting ready for the big test in January!<\/p>\n

This is also the time of year for basketball at the college level.\u00a0 Michigan and Michigan State (yay!)\u00a0 men’s\u00a0 and women’s teams have started their seasons.\u00a0 I’ll be attending 3 MSU men’s basketball\u00a0 games over the winter break in December.<\/p>\n

I’ll let you know the outcomes!\u00a0 This is the time of year when it’s cold outside and we want to stay in our warm home.\u00a0 Well, it’s time to bundle up and get outside and get some exercise!\u00a0 Walk or jog around the block.\u00a0 Rake the last of the<\/p>\n

leaves-then jump in the pile.\u00a0 If it’s not snowing you can still ride your bike.\u00a0 Get the snow shovels ready-shoveling snow is good exercise-especially when you can use the extra snow to make a snowman.\u00a0 There are plenty of activities you can do\u00a0outside, so get outside and do them.<\/p>\n

Just an update on the Cipriano Run! \u00a0The 4th and 5th Grade Runners had a great time! \u00a0The weather was a bit cool, but it didn’t deter our Henry Ford Runners from doing their best! \u00a0Juliauna Karkaba came in 3rd Place out of all of the 5th grade girls! \u00a0Congratulations, Juliauna!\"Cip.<\/a> \"Cip.<\/a> \"Cip.<\/a> \"Cip.<\/a> \"Cip.\"Cip.<\/a><\/p>\n
