If you are observing, Happy Ramadan!<\/strong>  I see that the sun is shining, so I&#8217;m going to go for a run this afternoon.  What are you going to do to be active today??  I know that many of you are fasting, but, you can still be active, just move a little slower.  Stretching and yoga exercises are great exercises to be doing right now. You know yourself, if it&#8217;s too strenuous, give yourself a rest, or do something different.  I also know that it is still important to eat healthy and hydrate when you can and try to get some good sleep.      <strong>Sooo &#8211; I decided to keep adding the Weekly<\/strong> <strong>Activity Links<\/strong>, because I want to give you other ways to get some exercise.  If you look on the right of this page under Class links near the bottom you will see Week #7.  That is the week we are in right now.  Just click on the one for your grade level.  There are a few options you can choose to participate in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ALSO &#8211; if you go to the <strong>Special Area Stars in ilearn<\/strong>, you can click on your grade level box and then scroll down and click on any of the Special Area Classes.  Don&#8217;t forget to go to the PE box and there are a few things to check out.  Make sure to click on the <strong>PE Log form and fill it out every week<\/strong> &#8211; at least as many times as you have PE each week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ms. Beck and I miss seeing all of you!  We hope to see you at our live meet.
