Not only is it good for your body, it&#8217;s good for your brain and for your emotions.  I always feel great after I exercise.  It puts me in a good mood and gives me lots of energy!  So get your 60 minutes of exercise &#8211; EVERY DAY!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ve attached a link (on the right, under class links) for Week #3 Exercise and Activities and a Log to keep a record of your minutes.  Look for Week #3 near the bottom and click on your grade level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I hope you are getting lots of sleep at night. Remember junk food is not a food group and you should limit how much you eat.  It tastes so good because it&#8217;s filled with FAT, SUGAR AND SALT.  A little bit is okay, but to much is unhealthy for you.  Make a snack if peanut butter and apples, or an orange or veggies and labneh or hummus.  Yum!!!  And it&#8217;s good for you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Happy, healthy eating!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ALSO &#8211; don&#8217;f forget to drink lots of water throughout the day.  MORE water and LESS pop, gatorade and even 100% juice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep smiling&#8230;..and have a sunny day!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi, boys and girls!
