Well………..it’s time for the Kid’s Mini Martian Marathon!!!!!!!!!!!!\u00a0 Students from the running club will line up at the starting line this Saturday, April22nd!!!\u00a0 They will be running 1.2 miles at Ford Field in Dearborn.\u00a0 When they have finished the race, they will have completed a full Marathon!!!\u00a0 That’s 26.2 miles.\u00a0 Running Club begins in September each year for 4th and 5th graders.\u00a0 The runners log their mileage each week and by the time the Martian Marathon begins, they will already have run 25 miles.\u00a0 Add that to the 1.2 they will run this Saturday and it equals 26.2-a full marathon!!\u00a0 Congrats Runners!<\/p>\n
4th Marking Period:\u00a0 K through 4th grade are working on throwing and catching and skipping.\u00a0\u00a0 5th grade is working on batting and stretching for their flexibility test!<\/p>\n
Volleyball Team practice will begin in 3 weeks!<\/p>\n
