Friendly Reminders For Our Last Week Of School<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make sure you have turned in your Benchmark packets from Unit 10-Rainbow Covers<\/strong>– You want to continue to be responsible and turn your work in on time and get credit for all your hard work on your last report card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Green Group- <\/strong>Make sure to bring your chrome books back to school with the chargers on Monday, June 14th so they can be updated and be ready for you to use in the fall. Orange Group<\/strong>-Make sure to bring your chrome books back to school with the chargers on Tuesday, June 15th so they can be updated and be ready for you to use in the fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please check to see if you have any Benchmark small books <\/strong>that were used for learning labs and reading groups this year still at home. They need to be turned in so the children next year can use them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Second Grade Picnic!-When:<\/strong> Wednesday, June 16th, Time:<\/strong> 10:00 am.-12:00 pm. Where:<\/strong> 3rd Grade Playground at Haigh School. What to Bring: <\/strong> A lunch with a drink, a towel or blanket to sit on, playground balls or equipment to play with. Please see the yellow<\/strong> note that was sent home this week by second grade teachers for further details.<\/strong> This will be a great way for our second grade friends to celebrate all their hard work this year!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last Days of School in person:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Green Group: Thursday, June 17th- Full day<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orange Group: Friday, June 18th- 1\/2 day. Students will be dismissed at 11:45<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Epic Books<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over 4644 books have been read on Epic books by my students since we began school! This has totaled over 554 hours of reading! I am so proud of my students! Remember, if you want to read into the evening (after 4:00pm) on Epic books you need to respond to the email invite that I sent to you. This will allow you to read a selection of books for free in the evening. Epic books is usually only free during school hours. Let me know if you need me to resend the invitation to you. Ryan Khazendar <\/strong>is our Top Reader of the Week! Congratulations! Great job! Keep on reading over the summer!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
