{"id":161,"date":"2018-11-14T15:33:21","date_gmt":"2018-11-14T20:33:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/stoutharris\/?p=161"},"modified":"2018-11-14T15:33:21","modified_gmt":"2018-11-14T20:33:21","slug":"second-card-marking","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/stoutharris\/2018\/11\/14\/second-card-marking\/","title":{"rendered":"Second Card Marking"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It has been so great meeting parents at parent teacher conferences!!!<\/p>\n<p>Math- We have been working on plotting points in a coordinate plane and will be taking our test soon.\u00a0 We will also review decimal addition and value of coins.<\/p>\n<p>Math- Argue<\/p>\n<p>We have been working with number lines, positive and negative numbers, opposites, as well as temperatures.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Social Studies- We finished up the Bill of Rights unit and are moving into the political parities of America.\u00a0 We will also be reviewing the difference between a country, state, and continent.<\/p>\n<p>Science- We have begun talking about space and orbits.\u00a0 Students have been working in groups to explore how earth revolves and rotates in space.<\/p>\n<p>Lab- We spend much of lab reviewing what we learned each day.\u00a0 We finish up any projects or homework that may not have been completed.\u00a0 This is why you are not seeing much homework come home.
