End your physical activity time with a game of physical Activity Simon Says.<br>\u2022&nbsp;<strong>Victorious Yoga Flow with GoNoodle!<\/strong>&nbsp;(Time: 3:53min)<br>o&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/rC0m_-HQcRU\">https:\/\/youtu.be\/rC0m_-HQcRU<\/a><br>o This flow shows kids how to grow strength and confidence from inside themselves. It could help deal with nervousness or uneasiness that your kids might be experiencing.<br>\u2022&nbsp;<strong>Total body circuit for kids!&nbsp;<\/strong>(Time: 10:40min)<br>o&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/FmWPRv6g9aI\">https:\/\/youtu.be\/FmWPRv6g9aI<\/a><br>o This is a great way for your kids or your whole family to get your heart rate up and enjoy the benefits of moderate to vigorous physical activity.<br>\u2022&nbsp;<strong>Physical Activity Simon Says<\/strong><br>o One person is \u201cSimon\u201d and goes through asking family members to do different physical activities such as running in place, jumping up and down, jumping jacks, etc. Of course if they do it without the phrase \u201cSimon Says\u201d in front then they are \u201cout\u201d.
