Daily Stretching  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coachup.com\/nation\/articles\/the-10-best-stretches-for-total-body-flexibility\">https:\/\/www.coachup.com\/nation\/articles\/the-10-best-stretches-for-total-body-flexibility<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. 15 Push ups- Regular  20 Modified Push ups like in class<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. 40 sit ups- if you cannot do this all at one time then do 10 at a time throughout the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. 50 Jumping Jacks<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
