Many of you voiced your concerns and curiosity about the ending of the story. You questioned whether or not Margot forgave the students who locked her in the closet and robbed her of seeing the sun she longed for. Your assignment is to write part 2 of the story \u201cAll Summer in a Day\u201d. Remember- YOU are the author!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can have Margot:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Forgive the students<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not forgive them<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remain living \u00a0on Venus unhappy<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Return back home to Ohio<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finally adjust to her new home on Venus<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your own ideas\u2026..\u2026..<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Directions: <\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><b>Complete the Pyramid of Action organizer <\/b><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Include: SMDI in paragraphs 2 &amp; 3 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">( similes, metaphors, dialogue, imagery)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Paragraph 1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: \u00a0decide where the setting of your story takes place, who the characters are and what the problem is.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Paragraph 2<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Include all the events\/ problems leading up to the climax&#8211;remember, this is where the suspense is building.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Paragraph 3:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> state the climax ( where the character changes\/learns something) and include the falling action. All the reader\u2019s questions have been answered.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>PLEASE INDENT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><b>Paragraph 4:<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">State the resolution and the theme- what is the lesson learned? What does the character learn? Does she change?<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><b>Remember: YOU MUST INCLUDE 3 OF THE VOCABULARY WORDS ATTACHED.
