A few reminders…<\/p>\n
I’m being reminded of $1.00 donation tomorrow for charity. This is in place of last Monday’s Talent Show, which was cancelled due to the Snow Day.<\/p>\n
Tissue Boxes- they’ll be used for Valentines. Please send in an empty box ( rectangular shape) either tomorrow or Thursday.<\/p>\n
For the Valentines-I won’t be sending home a class list of names. \u00a0Please just have your child sign THEIR name on the Valentines. Reading 25 other names ( times 25 student) usually leads to a lot of ” confusion .”<\/p>\n
Great job on the Pizza Hut Reading Logs!<\/p>\n
Watch for those Spelling Words- keep practicing them.<\/p>\n
Update on the home front- My husband had the Open Heart Surgery on Jan .30. He came through it well. Although it was a long surgery, the surgeon was pleased with the results. The surgeon said he had performed over 7,000 heart procedures and my husband’s aortic valve & aneurysm was one of the worst he had ever seen. Now he has 8 weeks of recovery and the cardiac rehab. Thank you all for your prayers and words of comfort.<\/p>\n
