Today we had our monthly assembly to recognize the students who have exhibited good behavior and made good choices all month.\u00a0 We also recognize our Students of the Month.\u00a0 In addition, special awards are given out for Cleanest class in the cafeteria, sportsmanship, and etiquette.\u00a0 SURPRISE!!!!\u00a0 Our class won the “Etiquette Award” for exhibiting amazing manners and pride.\u00a0 We were awarded with a crown and a sceptre!\u00a0 Mr. Elia took our picture for me to post but the Internet is not working in here for me.\u00a0 The students were quite humble about the award, thinking and telling me that “that’s just the right thing to do, say, think, believe, treat others, “etc.\u00a0 Such sweet, innocent, gentle souls in here.\u00a0 I am spoiled.<\/p>\n
I must say that the award goes to you parents as well as the kids.\u00a0 They were shown how to act, treat others with kindness and respect with their thoughts, their words, and their actions.\u00a0 That comes from home, as well as school.\u00a0 Thank you.<\/p>\n

Also, I have 7 students out today!\u00a0 Sore throats, fevers, strep throat, etc.\u00a0 Beware!\u00a0 Wash those hands, drink liquids, use tissues, and get good rest.<\/p>\n
