Beginning next week your child will be bringing home a BOOK BAG with a couple of books in it.\u00a0 Your child is to read the books to you during the week and return the BOOK BAG on the day indicated.\u00a0 On “their day” I will meet with them in a small reading group or on a one-to-one for reading strategies, etc.\u00a0 Another reading opportunity for you with your child.\u00a0 Connect child to text, text to text (“Does this remind you of another book we have read?”), text to world connections…<\/p>\n
MATH-on Mondays I will send home a MATH PACKET.”\u00a0 They pages are to be completed throughout the week and returned on Fridays.\u00a0 I will be teaching the lessons all week so your child should recognize the Homework page when they see it that night.\u00a0 Monday I will start with Lesson #14.\u00a0 so look for HOMEWORK HELPER # 14 to reinforce they day’s lesson.<\/p>\n
