<\/a><\/p>\nAnd HIGH up in this tree flew our MAYA, the MONARCH \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 BUTTERFLY. \u00a0The kids quickly became very attached to her and we even had a few tears as she flew away and we came back to an empty classroom. \u00a0\ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n
Good news, though…On Monday we will be getting a Black Swallowtail caterpillar! \u00a0She will take 9 months to live in her chrysalis and, hopefully, emerge in May\/June. \u00a0I already started a Compare\/Contrast on the 2 caterpillars. \u00a0My Scientists are so excited about this new learning.<\/p>\n

Next week…A SHORT WEEK. \u00a0No school for Kdgrs on Friday<\/span>. \u00a0I have a meeting.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
