Today is Day 8 of Kindergarten and we wrote another book! \u00a0This one has several pages. \u00a0Lots of letter formations and directions needed to be learned and the students did a fantastic job! \u00a0Sarah gave me permission to post pictures of her book on my blog. \u00a0 \u00a0Look for your child’s book to come home tonight. \u00a0Have them read it to you.<\/p>\n

A note while I think of it…<\/p>\n

Because of the number of Kindergarten students all being dismissed through the same door, we are going to stagger the dismissal times as follows:<\/p>\n

3:20- Mrs. Smith<\/p>\n

3:25- Ms Mohamed<\/p>\n

3:30-Mrs. Aleidaroos<\/p>\n

Please be prompt for pickup so we can make room for others waiting to be dismissed. \u00a0Thank you for your cooperation.<\/p>\n

PHONEMIC AWARENESS-rhyme<\/strong><\/p>\n

WRITING-We’ll write a complete sentence.<\/p>\n

MATH-Next Tuesday will be Day #10 of Kindergarten so we will work with the number 10. \u00a0Ask your child now. “What are some different ways to make the number 10?”<\/p>\n
