SKILL-Identify Plot and Character<\/p>\n

LETTERS-Review\u00a0“O \u00a0o \u00a0 F \u00a0f”<\/strong><\/p>\n

WORDS-Review “is \u00a0play”<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

WRITING-We’ll be writing sentences about different animals’ habitats.<\/p>\n

MATH-Standard and Non-Standard Measurement, using a “foot.”<\/p>\n

-We’ll be filling in a Number Grid to see how many numbers we can write up to 100.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

SCIENCE AND SOCIAL STUDIES-Students will be using our completed Endangered Animals Chart to complete a project of their own. \u00a0I am looking forward to seeing this all come together!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This week the students will be taking the Social Studies Unit Test, the Writing Prompt, and the Math part of NWEA.<\/p>\n

***Students have\u00a02 Homework Assignments due Tues., 1\/19.***<\/strong><\/p>\n

1) Bring in a baby picture. (Picture will be returned. \u00a0Please label with student’s name on the back.)<\/p>\n

2) To go along with our Endangered Animals Project, your child needs to complete the worksheet titled “Question: In what climate does your animal live?” \u00a0Climate refers to temperature and weather conditions, not habitat nor continent. \u00a0Student needs to finish the sentence “My animal lives in __________” on the worksheet and draw their picture of the animal in the climate.<\/p>\n

Homework due Tues., Jan. 19.<\/strong><\/p>\n
