Winter weather has arrived. \u00a0I was imagining the squeals of delight in your houses this weekend as the Kindergarteners discovered the snow! \u00a0Such fun!<\/p>\n
Now that the snow is here, students need to WEAR boots to school and carry their shoes in their backpacks. \u00a0Even if there isn’t much snow on the ground, please have them WEAR their boots to school. \u00a0They walk through a little bit of snow or ice and it gets on their shoes. \u00a0It then gets brought into the classroom, they sit down on the carpet to begin our day, and the snow melts on the carpet. \u00a0Before long, they are sitting on wet carpet. \u00a0YUK! We’ll avoid this wetness by wearing boots to school and changing into shoes on the dry carpet. \u00a0Thank you.<\/p>\n
