NEED TO KNOW:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SPELLING: We will do \u201cfl\u201d and \u201cpl\u201d words. Our words are: flower, flash, flat, fly, plot, play, plant, plug. Our bonus words: pink, orange.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
WRITING: We will start writing \u201chow to\u201d papers. The children will teach us \u201chow to\u201d do different things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
READING: We will work on understanding and answering questions in non-fiction text. We will review text features of non-fiction also. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
MATH: We will continue working on Module 2. It is an introduction to place value through addition and subtraction within 20. We plan on being done with lessons 1-16 by Friday. Please have your child practice math at home to help them with their development at school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SCIENCE: We are focusing on the way the Earth moves in the sky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SOCIAL STUDIES: We will work on Economics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
