Due to the short week, we will not have our spelling test today.\u00a0 We will keep the same words from this week and take the test next Friday.\u00a0 Students should have completed 2 assignments already on Spelling iLearn.\u00a0 I will add a new assignment next week and students will have additional spelling work in Google Classroom next week.\u00a0 The spelling words are:<\/p>\n
Spelling Words (\/il\/ and \/ile\/ patterns):\u00a0 docile, profile, gerbil, fragile, council, pupil, pencil, mobile, hostile, tonsil<\/p>\n
Content Words:\u00a0 solid, liquid, gas, matter, heating, cooling<\/p>\n
All students should be continuing to read 20-30 minutes every day and fill in their Reading Log.\u00a0 If students did not read over the two days off of school, they should read this weekend to catch up.<\/p>\n
New reading groups will be assigned on Monday based on NWEA Reading scores from the past few weeks.\u00a0 Many students have moved up in their reading levels!!!\u00a0 Congratulations:)<\/p>\n
Students should have completed 4 lessons on Zearn.org by next Monday.\u00a0 By Monday, students should be on Module 5 Lesson 5.\u00a0 If your child has not completed these lessons in class\/home, they should work on Zearn.org over the weekend to catch up.<\/p>\n
Also, since we missed 2 days of school, students will complete a full lesson in Math today and will have Math Lesson 22 homework over the weekend.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
