We are waiting on a few students who were absent last week to take the Unit 6 Math test. \u00a0As soon as they have taken the test and I have graded them, I will send all Unit 6 Math tests home. \u00a0If your child scored a “3” on the test, he\/she can do test corrections to improve their score. \u00a0If you child scored a “4” on the test, he\/she can retake the test no later than this Friday. \u00a0It is the student’s responsibility to tell me when they are ready for the Re-Test.<\/p>\n
Reminder that this Wednesday, March 15th is a Late Start Day. \u00a0The first bell will ring at 9:35 a.m.<\/p>\n
Please try your best to have your children to school and in the gym by the first bell at 8:35 a.m. \u00a0If they are walking in late, they will not be able to enter the gym for the Pledge of Allegiance.<\/p>\n
Ms. Zechar has been working hard to organize a 4th grade field trip to the Detroit Institute of Arts on Friday, March 31st. \u00a0We will need parent chaperones for this field trip. \u00a0The permission slip will be sent home in the coming weeks. \u00a0I wanted to give parents a heads up to make sure they have a background check on file in the office if you plan on being a chaperone. \u00a0There is no limit to the number of parent chaperones that we take on this trip. \u00a0Some will be able to join us on the bus, but once we are at capacity, other parents will have to drive separately. \u00a0It takes up to 2 weeks to get a background check approved. \u00a0All background checks are good for 3 years. \u00a0If you are not sure if your previous background check is up to date, you can email myself or call Michelle Segerson in the office to verify the dates.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
