Reminder that tomorrow is Election Day and there is NO school. \u00a0The PTA is doing a bake sale on Election day and starting a hat & glove drive. \u00a0Students had the chance to vote for president in class today, so we are encouraging all of our registered voters to come out and vote tomorrow!<\/p>\n
All Weekly Reading Logs are due every Monday. \u00a0Students must read at least 100 minutes per week and fill in their current Lexile score on MyOn. \u00a0If a child does not bring their reading log to school on Monday, he\/she will need to flip their card. \u00a0If a parent returns the log to the office by the end of the day, the student may change their card back to green. \u00a0It is one of our PBIS expectations to be responsible!<\/p>\n
This Friday will be the Unit 3 Math Test. \u00a0A study guide is coming home today. \u00a0Please help your child complete the study guide and return it to school on Thursday for the class to check it together and go over any questions they still have about the test. \u00a0I encouraged students to take home their Math Notebook with all of our notes to help them study for the test.<\/p>\n
Parent Teacher conferences begin this Thursday, and next Wednesday and Thursday. \u00a0Please arrive at your scheduled time. \u00a0If you are late, you will need to wait until I have an opening throughout the evening. \u00a0Students are encouraged to attend conferences, as we are working on starting student led conferences where your child will tell you about how they have been in school. \u00a0We will be sharing each child’s “My Learning Plan” where we have set goals and are tracking progress.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
