Can you believe it is the beginning of May?! I am so proud of all the progress we have made! I am one lucky teacher! Even though we are so close to the end of the year, we are still pushing along! Here’s what you need to know for this week:<\/p>\n

Don’t forget to practice extra words with the -og family such as smog, frog, etc. Sight words for, and do<\/p>\n Reading<\/strong>: Trade Book: Butterflies<\/p>\n Poem<\/strong>: Little Arabella Stiller<\/p>\n Math<\/strong>: Cont. graphing as our main lesson but we have money, and base ten units as mini lessons.<\/p>\n Writing\/Social Studies:<\/strong>\u00a0Cont. publishing informational pieces about \u201cPlants and Animals\u201d which links to our science unit on \u201cPlant and Animal Needs\u201d<\/p>\n Important information:<\/strong><\/p>\n Late start: Wednesday, May 16th bell rings at 9:35am<\/p>\n Parent Talk: Thursday May 17th (see attached flyer link below)<\/p>\n No school: Friday May 25th AND Monday May 28th<\/p>\n
