NWEA: After the break, students will be taking the NWEA reading, language, math, and science tests.\u00a0 We do practice in class, however it will be very helpful that\u00a0your child practices\u00a0daily\u00a0on Mobymax to review math and reading skills.\u00a0These test taking skills will be helpful during the up coming WIDA and M-Step assessments too.<\/p>\n
Winter Break Assignments:<\/p>\n
Reading Logs\/Winter Break Reading Assignment: I will be sending the January reading logs home.\u00a0 Also, I\u00a0will be asking students to spend at least\u00a015 minutes daily\u00a0reading and answering questions from Mobymax and to log it in their January logs.\u00a0Please feel free to have your son\/daughter to read from books too.<\/p>\n
Math Winter Assignment: Also, I am assigning fifteen minutes for math practice on Mobymax and Frontrow.<\/p>\n
Please help your to practice reading and \u00a0math on the computer.\u00a0 If you don’t have an access to a computer, please let me know to make you some copies of math and reading.\u00a0<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\nWednesday: Late Start December 21st.<\/p>\n
