The place seemed so big though. I said “ This will be fun!” Mom responded, “Hold your horses Hos.” I could hear the tickets still printing. I have good hearing because it was really loud in the lobby. We all saw the very cool posters. I noticed the one for Venom, but had already watched it at home.

Next, we went to the concession stand and I said “Hello! Can we have two chocolate covered raisins and two chocolate bars please?” He answered, “Yes! What else?” My mom said, “Two big cokes with two straws in each and one big jumbo popcorn too please.” Then he hesitated for a moment and answered “You may!” as kind as he could. The smell of popcorn came through the air. I had already started eating the popcorn because I couldn’t resist it. Alesha and I got very distracted because there was so much around to see. After awhile, I really wanted to eat all of the candy and I said “I’m hungry.” Then, my friend told my mom, “I’m hungry tooooo!” We saw some more posters of Venom. Mom answered “As soon as we get in there and the movie starts, then you can eat the rest.” We said, “Fine!”

We finally got to room 208. Room 208 was the biggest theater. Then we saw the lights dimming on top of us. We were excited, but we had to wait for about one and a half hours in our seats because my mom got the times mixed up and we were there way too early. Lisa said “This will be great.” By the time the movie came on, I had finished my drink. Lisa said “Yes, you can get a new drink. We got a gigantic one for Alesha and me to share. Then, the speakers kicked on. The movie was all I could hear. Until I heard yelling and also the chewing of popcorn. It was really funny. We each got to have two pieces of candy. Before I knew it, the the movie ended.

We went outside and we all shouted about how bright it was. Although I got some fresh air because the movie room air was buttery. Then we walked and walked until we got to the car. We slept the whole way home, except for Lisa because she was driving. Let me tell you a little secret, it would be illegal to sleep while you are driving. Don’t worry we made it home safely!
