When I got to the doors I was kind of nervous and excited at the same time. My dad took me to this big line for tickets. “What are those tickets for dad?” I asked curiously. I looked up and bright lights struck down on my eyes. “Ouch,” I screamed. An employee asked us, “What movie are you seeing?” “The Grinch,” I said. She asked us for $5. My dad handed her the $5, and she smiled. I was so excited because it looked like fun. The smell of the popcorn made my stomach growl. The place looked so big. The speakers kicked on, and the screen got bright. The movie speakers were really loud. It hurt my ears. We watched the movie and enjoyed our snacks.

As I was walking out, I was so bummed because we had to leave.
