March 13th &#8211; Late start for A.M. only<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Theme for this week and the month of March will be our favorite books to help celebrate March is Reading Month<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\">The first book on the list will be Elmer&#8217;s Colors by David McKee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>We will have many projects relating to elephants and different color projects.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t forget to turn in the February reading log.\u00a0 This is a school wide requirement and preschool is also participating.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Reading Fact:\u00a0 Reading books aloud to your child stimulates their imagination and expands their understanding of the world they live in.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This Friday March 1st we will celebrate Dr. Seuss Birthday which is March 2nd. We will be listening to and reading many of his books this week.<\/p>\n<p>We will learn the color songs for Blue and Green.<\/p>\n<p>In Math we will continue to work on different sizes, number ID and counting objects.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Date To Remember: Wed.
