Many of you have been asking if epic will be free once school is out. I just received this today and thought I would share it with you. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Dear Epic Educator,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With summer approaching, you\u2019ve been asking for ways to keep students reading after June 30. Great news! <\/strong>Starting July 1st, all families who have signed up for Remote Student Access<\/a> through an invitation from their teacher will be able to enjoy a brand-new service, Epic Free<\/strong>, which includes 2 hours of free reading per week in a limited library of high-quality, educational books.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is nothing more<\/strong> that you or your families need to do \u2014 RSA family accounts will automatically transition<\/strong> to Epic Free on July 1, allowing them to keep reading on Epic through the summer and beyond. Get the details here ><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To kick off summer reading on Epic Free, our resident librarian has compiled our top picks by age group<\/strong> \u2014 from emerging readers to advanced readers. Feel free to share this with your families to encourage the love of reading all summer long! See the list ><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, many educators are asking how to continue using Epic during Back to School 2020. We know the new school year brings uncertainty, but rest assured, we\u2019re working on solutions to help support remote learning and will continue to make Epic free for educators and their students<\/strong> for as long as it takes to get through these unusual times.
