Tonight Thursday October 20, 2016 is the Parent Leadership Meeting in the Auditorium at 6:30 PM. \u00a0Please try to plan to attend to find out more about our Leader in ME program at school.<\/p>\n
We will be celebrating Halloween on Monday October 31, 2016 will be having a small Halloween Party. \u00a0More information to come early next week. \u00a0We now have 13 students in our class. \u00a08 boys and 5 girls and ME.<\/p>\n
Also, next Friday October 28, 2016 is the Lindbergh Haunted School.<\/p>\n
Please encourage your child in practicing dressing themselves. \u00a0Our weather will be getting colder and this is a skill that they need to be working on.<\/p>\n
Also, I have noticed in some of the students in our class the need to practice coloring and holding crayons and pencils. \u00a0Please be practicing writing their name and letters and coloring pictures and coloring their own picture. \u00a0I would encourage less time on the computer, ipad, and television. \u00a0Please spend at least twenty to thirty minutes with books, letters, and practicing our fine motor skills. \u00a0Thank you for all of your help in encouraging your child in their learning skills.<\/p>\n
Please, I need your help in reminding your child to keep their hands and feet to themselves. \u00a0We have been having a lot of issues of children not being safe with each other. \u00a0Also, remind them that we need to be active listeners and listen the first time with a direction. \u00a0At Lindbergh School we practice being Respectful, Responsible, Safe each day. \u00a0If we practice these skills daily we will be able to attend the success party at the end of the month and go to my prize box on Fridays. \u00a0If we cannot follow the rules and be a Leader we will not be able to go to the party and prize box.<\/p>\n
