Dearborn Schools has announced that O.L. Smith will be added as a student meal distribution site starting on Monday, March 23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Students, parents or a family representative can stop by any of meal locations from 10 a.m. to noon each week day to pick up meals. One bag will be handed out for each child under 18 in the home. The Dearborn School student does not need to attend school at that building. Students do not need to be present, and a designated person can pick up meals for all the children in the family.
The free grab-and-go meals include food for lunch and breakfast. Meals for Saturday and Sunday can be picked up on Friday.
Six other food sites opened on Tuesday, including Fordson, Edsel Ford and Dearborn high schools; McCollough-Unis; Salina Intermediate; and Woodworth Middle School.
Signage at each site will direct parents and students to where to enter the building. Food will be near entrances, usually near the kitchen, to minimize the amount of time community members spend in the facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
