All Physical Education Classes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Beginning May 26th each student will keep a fitness\/activity log. The activity that you choose is completely up to you. Have fun with it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you have not turned in last weeks log please email it to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Requirements for the log:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
90 minutes total<\/p>\n\n\n\n
List day, activity, and duration<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Submit log on or before May 31st. Please send it to my email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Monday: 30 minute bike ride<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tuesday: 15 minutes of lunges, mountain climbers<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thursday:30 minute jog <\/p>\n\n\n\n
