The activity that you choose is completely up to you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have not turned in last weeks log please email it to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Requirement for the log:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>90 minutes total<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>List day, activity, and duration<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Submit the log on or before May 24th. Please send it to my email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monday: 30 minute jog<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuesday: 15 minutes of sit ups and push ups<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thursday: 30 minute walking my dog<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Friday: 15 minutes of lunges and sit ups<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>All Physical Education Classes Beginning May 18th each student will keep a fitness\/activity log.
