The activity  that you choose is completely up to you so do something you enjoy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have not turned in last weeks log please email it to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Requirement for the log:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>90 minutes total<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>List day, activity, and duration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Submit log on or before May 17th. Please send it to my email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monday: Bike ride 30 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuesday: walked my dog 30 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thursday: 15 minute core workout<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saturday: 15 minutes sit ups, push ups, and lunges<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>All Physical Education Classes Beginning May 11th each student will keep a fitness\/activity log.
